Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the stock market / broking / wealth management industry.

• Graduation in any stream (Commerce/Finance preferred).

• NISM Series certifications (if available) will be an added advantage.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Reletionshp Manager (RM) to join our growing stock market advisory and broking firm. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of equity markets, client relationship management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and acquire new clients interested in stock market investments.

• Handle retail clients and provide them with the right investment advice.

• Manage client portfolios and offer customized trading solutions.

• Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on market trends, news, and performance.

• Coordinate with research and dealing teams for timely execution of trades.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

• Resolve client issues and provide excellent customer support.

Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of equity, derivatives, and other financial instruments.

• Strong sales and communication skills.

• Client-focused attitude with problem-solving ability.

• Understanding of financial compliance and documentation.

• Basic knowledge of trading platforms (e.g., ODIN, NSE NOW, Zerodha, Upstox, etc.)

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
