Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager with at least 1 year of experience in banking and home loan services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their financial needs, and offering the right home loan solutions — all through in-office communication channels (calls, emails, chats).

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers seeking home loan products.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable home loan options.

• Assist customers through the home loan application process.

• Coordinate with internal departments (credit, operations, etc.) for seamless processing.

• Resolve customer queries and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

• Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure timely communication.

• Achieve individual targets and contribute to the team’s performance goals.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a banking or home loan-related role.

• Strong knowledge of home loan products, documentation, and eligibility criteria.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to build rapport with clients and provide consultative solutions.

• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Self-motivated with a customer-first attitude.

• No field work – this is a fully in-office/client support role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Previous experience in a customer support or telesales role within banking is a plus.

Pay: From ₹360,000.00 per year
