Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in buying health insurance/financial products over the phone.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable plans.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Handle leads, follow up, and close sales efficiently.

• Ensure accuracy, productivity, and a great customer experience.

• Coordinate with internal teams as needed.

Key Skills:

• Good communication in English and Tamil

• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven

• Quick learner with basic computer skills

• Team player with a sales mindset
