- Good verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to build rapport and a high level of empathy.
- Client Relationship Management
- Identify client financial needs and offer suitable, tailored loan products and services
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent support throughout the loan application and servicing process.
- Work closely with internal teams such as sales, credit, product specialists, and marketing to provide comprehensive solutions and facilitate loan approvals
- Resolve client issues and complaints promptly to ensure continued satisfaction and retention.
