Job Description

Relationship Manager – RM

·        Process Type – Outbound calls to existing customers to inform them about the benefits and features available to them. Please note, this is not hard core sales role but rather a relationship- building process.

·        Shifts – Rotational week off, 9am to 9pm window any 9 hours shift, female shift ends at 7pm.

·        Language Bifurcation requirement – Hindi - 100, Bengali – 25 ,Marathi – 25, Telugu – 50, Tamil – 25

·        Pay structure – 26000 CTC pm 24000 take home for Hindi, Bengali, Marathi & 25000 CTC 23000 Take home for all South language
