Relationship Executive (Domestic Voice – Banking/Loan/EMI Process)

Location: Kodambakkam, Chennai

Shift: Day Shift (No night shifts)

Employment: Immediate joining

Interview Days: Monday–Saturday

About the role:

We are hiring Tele Relationship Executives to handle inbound/outbound voice calls for banking, loan, and EMI processes. This role focuses on customer support, query resolution, and achieving targets with a friendly, safe workplace and performance incentives.

Key responsibilities:

Handle customer calls related to loans, EMIs, and banking queries

Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information

Achieve daily/weekly targets and maintain call quality standards

Update records and basic data entry on computer systems

Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and follow-ups

Eligibility & requirements:

Education: 12th pass

Experience: Freshers welcome; 0–5 years (career gaps acceptable)

Age: 18–30 years

Languages: English plus one of Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam

Skills: Good communication, basic computer knowledge, customer handling, target-driven

Preferred: Tele calling /sales experience and basic banking knowledge

Compensation:

Fixed salary + performance incentives

Salary (freshers): Tamil ₹14,000–15,000; Telugu ₹16,000–17,000; Hindi ₹17,000; Malayalam ₹18,000

Experienced candidates: competitive hike based on current CTC

Training provided; experience certificate on completion
