We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to handle customer calls, resolve queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

• Explain company products, services, policies, and processes clearly.

• Follow up with customers regarding their requests and concerns.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.

• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and requests.

• Maintain a polite, professional, and helpful communication style.

• Achieve assigned customer service and call-handling targets.

• Follow company guidelines and maintain customer confidentiality.

Requirements

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.

• Good verbal communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Hindi and English communication skills preferred.

• Customer-friendly attitude with good listening skills.

• Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.
