🚨 URGENT HIRING – RECOVERY EXECUTIVE / COLLECTION TELECALLER 🚨

📍 Location: Delhi

💼 Position: Recovery Executive – Telecaller

📊 Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Telecalling / Collections / Recovery

🎯 90+ DPD Collection Experience is Mandatory

💰 Salary: Up to ₹25,000 + Attractive Incentives

🔹 Job Responsibilities

Handle outbound/inbound calls with customers regarding pending dues and overdue payments.

Follow up with customers for loan/credit repayment and overdue collections.

Handle 90+ DPD (Days Past Due) accounts and achieve assigned collection targets.

Maintain regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.

Negotiate and convince customers for timely payment while maintaining professional communication.

Understand customer concerns, provide appropriate payment-related information, and resolve basic queries.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, commitments and payment status.

Achieve daily/monthly collection targets and productivity parameters.

🔹 Candidate Profile

Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Collection, Recovery or Debt Collection.

90+ DPD recovery/collection experience is mandatory.

Good Hindi communication skills; basic English communication will be an advantage.

Strong convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills.

Target-oriented with the ability to handle pressure and challenging customer conversations.

Candidates from Banking, NBFC, Fintech, Loan, Credit Card or Collection industries will be preferred.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
