We are seeking a Collection Executive / Loan Recovery Executive responsible for recovering overdue loan amounts, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Follow up with customers for recovery of overdue loan EMIs
Contact borrowers through calls, messages, emails, and field visits
Explain overdue status, penalties, and repayment options to customers
Negotiate repayment plans and settlements as per company policy
Maintain accurate records of collections and customer interactions
Coordinate with credit, accounts, and legal teams when required
Ensure recovery targets are achieved within assigned timelines
Adhere to RBI guidelines and ethical recovery practices
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recovery reports
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred)
1–3 years of experience in loan recovery or collections (Fresher may apply)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
Basic knowledge of loan products and recovery procedures
Familiarity with MS Excel and recovery software
Result-oriented with strong follow-up skills
Willingness to travel for field recovery (if required)
Knowledge of local area and customer base
