Job Title: Collection Executive / Loan Recovery Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Collection Executive / Loan Recovery Executive responsible for recovering overdue loan amounts, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers for recovery of overdue loan EMIs

• Contact borrowers through calls, messages, emails, and field visits

• Explain overdue status, penalties, and repayment options to customers

• Negotiate repayment plans and settlements as per company policy

• Maintain accurate records of collections and customer interactions

• Coordinate with credit, accounts, and legal teams when required

• Ensure recovery targets are achieved within assigned timelines

• Adhere to RBI guidelines and ethical recovery practices

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recovery reports

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred)

• 1–3 years of experience in loan recovery or collections (Fresher may apply)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally

• Basic knowledge of loan products and recovery procedures

• Familiarity with MS Excel and recovery software

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Result-oriented with strong follow-up skills

• Willingness to travel for field recovery (if required)

• Knowledge of local area and customer base

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
