Call customers to give information about products or services.

Answer incoming customer calls properly.

Understand customer requirements on call.

Generate leads through calling.

Do regular follow-up with interested customers.

Explain offers, prices, and benefits clearly.

Convince customers in a polite manner.

Fix site visits / appointments / meetings.

Share qualified leads with sales executives.

Maintain daily call records and customer data.

Update lead status in Excel or CRM.

Handle customer doubts and objections calmly.

Inform customers about new launches or offers.

Collect customer feedback and share with team.

Coordinate with marketing and sales teams.

Prepare daily work and performance reports.

Maintain professional behavior on all calls.

Improve communication and calling skills regularly.

Follow company policies and calling process.
