Job Description

 Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a project using scripts.  Ask questions to understand customer requirements and providing solutions accordingly.  Direct prospects to the field sales team for site visits and follow up with the client after the visit.  Enter and update customer information in the database and keep records of calls and sales.  Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.  Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.  Keeping up to date with competitors and various projects in the market/ assigned territory.  Leads Hygiene, providing proper feedback on leads assigned.  Follow-up for Payments/dues.  Achieve daily targets as assigned by TL.
