We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele caller to join our real estate sales team. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, explaining property details, generating leads, and scheduling site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads.

• Explain project details, pricing, and offers clearly.

• Schedule and confirm site visits for interested customers.

• Maintain records of calls and client information in CRM.

• Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Prior experience in tele calling or telesales (real estate preferred).

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

• Goal-oriented and customer-focused attitude.
