Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Realty Canvas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, with a focus on high-profile projects including DLF, Elan, TARC, Whiteland, Sobha, Emaar, M3M etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the Gurugram real estate market.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Present property options and conduct property viewings.
- Negotiate terms and close sales effectively.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in real estate sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the Gurugram real estate market.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
