Key Responsibilities:

• We are hiring a Real Estate Executive with strong knowledge of town planning, FSI, RERA, and understanding of carpet/built-up/super built-up area. Candidate must be able to handle plot, flat, and land sales along with customer handling and site visits.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Handle sales of plots, flats, shops, commercial units & land.

  • Explain FSI, RERA norms, town planning rules, roof height, set-back and area calculations.

  • Read and interpret layout maps, building plans, and sanctioned drawings.

  • Conduct client meetings & property site visits.

  • Maintain follow-ups, prepare proposals, and close deals.

  • Support in documentation & registration process.

  Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of FSI, RERA, Town Planning

  • Understanding of carpet, built-up, super built-up area

  • Good communication & negotiation skills

  • Ability to read layouts and maps

  • Sales & customer-handling capability

  • Any Graduate (Civil/Architecture/Engineering preferred)

  • Training/Certification in Real Estate/Town Planning (added advantage)
