Role Objective
We are seeking a high-energy, persuasive Female Tele-caller to join our growing real estate team. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying prospects, nurturing leads, and scheduling site visits for our sales and surveying teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outbound Calling: Execute a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases to introduce our industrial and commercial real estate services.
Lead Qualification: Filter and qualify leads based on their specific property requirements, budget, and investment timelines.
Appointment Setting: Coordinate and schedule site visits or meetings between potential investors and our property consultants.
Database Management: Maintain meticulous records of all interactions in the CRM, ensuring follow-up dates and client preferences are accurately logged.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on current property listings, market trends, and Noida Authority regulations to provide accurate information to callers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in tele-calling, preferably within the real estate, insurance, or banking sectors.
Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in English and Hindi with a professional phone manner.
Persuasion: Proven ability to handle objections and convert cold calls into qualified leads.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and basic MS Office (Excel/Word).
Education: Graduate in any stream; a background in marketing or business administration is a plus.
