Real Estate Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to connect with potential or existing customers over the phone to generate leads, explain products or services, and handle queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers

• Explain products or services clearly and confidently

• Follow up on leads and maintain customer records

• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude on calls
  
  Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in [Language(s): English & Hindi]

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

  • Confident and polite telephone manner

  • Ability to handle rejections and remain positive

  • Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus
