We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Backend Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property listings on major real estate portals like 99acres, MagicBricks, NoBroker, etc., and sourcing new property inventories from property owners and sellers. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and timely listing of properties and supporting the sales team in business growth.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage property listings on real estate portals such as 99acres, MagicBricks, NoBroker, Housing.com, etc., with accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.

• Ensure timely updates of inventory status (available, sold, under offer).

• Collect detailed property information (photos, floor plans, documents, location, features) from property owners or sellers.

• Communicate and coordinate with property sellers to bring new inventory into the system.

• Ensure high-quality content with attractive property descriptions that appeal to potential buyers.

• Verify property documents to ensure legitimacy before listing.

• Maintain a structured database of property inventory and regularly update the system.

• Analyze listing performance and optimize listings for better visibility and inquiries.

• Support the sales team with backend data and property details.

• Follow up with property owners regularly to get updated information or new properties.

• Assist in generating leads through proper listing management.

🎯 Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate backend operations or property listing management.

• Good knowledge of real estate portals like 99acres, MagicBricks, NoBroker, Housing.com, etc.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact with property owners.

• Detail-oriented with good data entry skills.

• Basic knowledge of real estate market trends is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
