The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making outbound and handling inbound calls to prospective and existing clients to provide detailed information about real estate properties, generate qualified leads, schedule property viewings, and achieve sales targets.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting:Conduct outbound calls (including cold calling) to potential clients from provided databases or lead lists.Handle incoming calls and inquiries about property listings and real estate services.Understand customer requirements, qualify leads, and assess their suitability for various property solutions.Sales and Communication:Present, explain, and promote different real estate projects, properties, and investment opportunities to prospects.Address and resolve customer queries, concerns, and objections in a professional and persuasive manner.Effectively utilize company-provided sales scripts while maintaining a natural, engaging conversation.Book and coordinate appointments for property site visits or virtual tours for the field sales team.Data Management & Reporting:Accurately enter, update, and maintain client information, call details, and sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and call logs.Target Achievement:Work diligently to achieve and exceed all assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales and lead generation targets (KPIs).Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.Market Knowledge:Maintain up-to-date, in-depth knowledge of all company properties, pricing, and current real estate market trends.Collaborate with the field sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer hand-offs and alignment on sales strategies.Required Skills and Qualifications
