Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers
Explain product/service offerings clearly
Identify and qualify interested leads
Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
Maintain call records and update CRM
Achieve daily calling and lead qualification targets.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of sales processes
1–2 years experience in telecalling/outbound/inbound.
Ability to handle customer queries and follow-ups
