Quality Assurance Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) , who can manage Training also and professional to join our team at FiveS Digital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our software products through rigorous validation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Monitoring and knowledgeable of feedback methodology

• Identify root cause analysis of errors

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand requirements and provide feedback

• Continuously improve processes and methodologies

• Able to deliver training session and and can manage dual role of Training and Quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline

• Minimum of 2-3 year of experience in Training and Quality

• Relevant experience in ecommerce OR International program

• Strong know-how of QC tools, Understand basic of Training Delivery

Skills:

• Experience with QC tools

• Strong understanding QMS

• Knowledge of QC methodologies and Training Delivery skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, excellent in both Hindi and English language

• Familiarity with performance tools

• 5-days working with Day Shift

• Salary- Upto 38k

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
