Job Description

Hiring: Quality Analyst – BPO

We are looking for experienced Quality Analysts for a BPO environment.

Job Role

  • Quality Analyst (Voice / Customer Support Process)

  • Monitoring, evaluation, feedback, and quality improvement

Language Requirement

  • Tamil / Malayalam / Telugu / Hindi / Kannada

  • Good communication skills in the selected language

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: Graduate (Any stream)

  • Experience: Minimum 6 months experience mandatory

  • Age Limit: 18 to 30 years

Salary

  • Up to ₹22,000/- per month

  • Salary based on experience and interview performance

Shift & Work Schedule

  • Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Week Off: Sunday fixed
