Work Experience: minimum 6 months Call Monitoring experience and work experience in outbound/Inbound
Candidate should be fluent in English & Hindi with below languages
Should have good analytical skills Identify root causes by regular RCA with the TLs Handle escalations:

Position 1 : English, Hindi and Marathi
2.: English, Hindi, Bengali,
3 : English, Hindi and South Indian Languages.
