Location: Koramangala, Bangalore

Shift: Day Shift | 5.5 Days Working (Half-day Saturday, Sunday Off)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹31,000 (In-hand)

Experience Required: Minimum 1.5 Years as QA

Age Limit: Up to 30 Years

Preferred Radius: Candidates within 10–15 km of Koramangala

Requirements:

Own transport & personal laptop – non-negotiable.

Fluent in English, Hindi, and 1 local language (Kannada preferred).

ACPT Analysis

Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

Call Monitoring & Auditing

CSAT & DSAT Evaluations
