  • Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders (POs)

  • Maintain and update vendor databases

  • Coordinate with suppliers for quotations and delivery follow-ups

  • Compare prices and prepare basic cost analysis reports

  • Track order status and ensure timely delivery of materials

  • Support in maintaining purchase records and documentation

  • Assist in inventory coordination with the store/warehouse team

  • Handle basic communication with vendors via email or calls
