• Promote and sell residential and/or commercial properties to potential buyers.

• follow up on sales leads through various channels (calls, walk-ins, referrals, digital platforms, etc.).

• Conduct site visits and property tours with prospective buyers.

• Provide accurate information about property specifications, pricing, legal terms, and payment plans.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and competition.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.

• Assist clients through the process of purchasing, including documentation and coordination with legal and financial advisors.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain records of interactions with clients in CRM systems.

• Participate in marketing and promotional activities, including property exhibitions and events.
