Looking for a smart, professional and well-spoken candidate for office coordination, client communication and lead management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls and client enquiries
• Follow up with buyers, sellers and brokers
• Maintain client database / lead records
• Schedule meetings, site visits and appointments
• WhatsApp sharing of property details and inventory
• Basic office coordination and administrative work
• Support Google/online enquiries and listing updates
Job Requirements:
• Good communication skills in Hindi & English
• Professional behaviour and presentable personality
• Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel, Email)
• Organised, punctual and good follow-up ability
• Experience in real estate / sales / customer handling preferred but not mandatory
The candidate should be comfortable with 6 days working during the day shift.
