Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate telecom service delivery and project execution.
Assign and monitor work orders for field engineers.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, NOC, and internal teams.
Track project milestones and ensure timely closure of work orders.
Prepare MIS reports and maintain project documentation.
Handle customer escalations and support continuous process improvements.

Requirements:

10 + 2 or Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
0–3 years of experience in Telecom Service Delivery, ISP Operations, Network Operations, or Project Coordination.
Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and stakeholder management.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and travel when required.
