VEELO MOBILITY PRIVATE LIMITED
Role Title – PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE
Location: Gurgaon
About the Role

We are looking for a Procurement Executive based in Gurgaon who can build and manage a reliable base of vendors and OEMs for vehicles, spare parts, batteries and chargers, keep spare parts stock available at every hub without excess, and ensure every unit that comes in meets quality standards. If you're organized, comfortable negotiating with vendors, and enjoy owning a process end-to-end — sourcing to stock to quality closure — this role is for you.
Role Definition
• Finding & managing vendors — identifying, evaluating, negotiating with and maintaining a dependable vendor/OEM base for vehicles, spare parts, batteries and chargers
• Spare parts & stock management — ensuring the right spare parts are available at every hub at all times, without overstocking or stockouts
• Vehicles, batteries & chargers procurement — planning and executing timely procurement in coordination with OEMs, Finance and Operations
• Quality & warranty management — ensuring incoming stock meets quality standards and driving warranty claims with OEMs to closure

Vehicles, Batteries & Chargers
• Plan quarterly/monthly requirements with OEM, Finance and Operations, coordinating dispatch, payment and PDIs
• Follow up with the OEM on delivery timelines and coordinate vehicle registration with dealers
Quality & Warranty

• Spare parts stockout incidents at hubs; zero stockouts on the critical spares list
