Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to handle inbound/outbound calls, generate leads, explain project details, and schedule site visits for potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
Generate and qualify leads
Explain property/project details to clients
Schedule and coordinate site visits
Maintain customer database and follow-ups
Coordinate with sales team for closures
Achieve daily and monthly targets
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of CRM/MS Excel
Ability to handle clients professionally
Real estate experience is preferred
