Job Description:
ADA Tech Solutions is seeking result-oriented Outbound Sales Executives to drive sales through outbound calling. Candidates with a passion for sales, whether freshers or experienced, are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls to potential customers from provided leads
Pitch company products/services and explain benefits clearly
Identify customer needs and close sales effectively
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate call records and follow up with interested customers
Handle customer objections professionally
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: Graduate
Good English communication skills
Sales-oriented mindset with confidence over calls
Ability to work from office in Swargate, Pune
Salary & Incentives:
₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month
High performers can earn more through incentives
Job Timings:
09:30 AM to 06:30 PM
Working Days:
6 Days a week
