Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Construction.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.

• Track project progress and follow up with site engineers and vendors.

• Coordinate with clients, sales, purchase, accounts, and project teams.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

• Maintain project documentation and update MIS/CRM records.

• Schedule meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action items.

• Monitor material requests, deliveries, and site requirements.

• Resolve operational issues by coordinating with internal teams.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and timelines.

• Support management in planning, reporting, and project execution.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Operations or Project Coordination.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate with multiple teams.

• Experience in the construction or real estate industry is preferred.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 0 - 6+ years Experience.
