Job Description:
Tripoza Holidays is hiring a dedicated and organized Operation Executive to manage tour operations and ensure smooth travel experiences for our clients. The candidate will coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and ground partners to execute confirmed bookings efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle post-sales operations of domestic & international tour packages
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, and transport vendors
Manage booking confirmations, vouchers, and travel documents
Ensure timely payments and follow-ups with suppliers
Assist clients with travel queries before and during the trip
Handle last-minute changes and resolve operational issues
Required Skills:
Knowledge of domestic & international destinations
Experience in hotel, flight & transfer bookings
Good communication & coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure
Basic knowledge of MS Excel & travel portals
Eligibility :
Graduate (Tourism preferred)
1–2 years experience in travel operations preferred
