• The candidate will be responsible for checking reservations made into the hotels through the B2B portal

• The candidate will be responsible for reconfirmations of bookings with hotels across the globe

• Communicating with hotels for reservations made into the system

• Need to assist Travel Agents with any query related to booking

• Need to update the system and to Operations Team for confirmations received through hotels

Desired Profile:

• Good knowledge of Computers / Good knowledge of MS office

• Good English communication skills
