Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operation Executive with 3–5 years of experience in back-office operations, preferably in the financial services or broking industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of operational processes, client service, and data management, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This role offers an excellent opportunity to take ownership of key operational functions and contribute to process improvements within the organization.
Key Responsibilities: Handle mutual fund transactions such as Purchase, Redemption, Switch, SIP, STP, SWP processing Manage client onboarding, KYC verification, and documentation Coordinate with AMCs (Asset Management Companies) and RTAs (CAMS/KFintech) for transaction processing and issue resolution Ensure timely execution of transactions and maintain accuracy in records Track and reconcile client portfolios and reports Handle client queries and service requests related to mutual fund investments Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Generate and share MIS reports with management Work closely with sales and advisory teams for smooth operations
