We are seeking dynamic and detail-oriented candidates from technical backgrounds (B.Tech / M.Tech / BCA / MCA) to join our Operations Team for NEET Counselling Support. The role involves managing counselling portals, supporting students throughout the admission process, and ensuring smooth backend operations. 1. Portal Management & Technical Support • Operate MCC, State, and University-level NEET counselling portals. • Guide students through registration, choice filling, and document upload. • Provide real-time technical assistance and resolve portal-related issues.
2. Data Handling & Validation • Maintain accurate student records, verify uploaded documents, and ensure data consistency. • Perform backend checks and flag discrepancies.
3. Student Query Management • Respond to queries through email, phone, chat, or ticketing systems. • Provide clear guidance on deadlines, procedures, and counselling updates.
4. Reporting & Analytics • Prepare daily reports on student progress, seat allotments, and error resolutions. • Support the team with basic data insights and operational tracking.
5. Process Automation & Tool Support • Identify repetitive manual tasks and suggest automation opportunities. • Collaborate with tech teams to improve internal tools and workflows.
6. Documentation & SOPs • Assist in creating user guides, knowledge base articles, and training material. • Contribute to maintaining and updating internal process documentation.
