Key Responsibilities
· Guide customers on self-service / digital banking (ATM, ADWM, INB, UPI, etc.)
· Collect feedback and resolve basic queries
· Provide first-level assistance at the branch for services and transactions
· Ensure no customer remains unattended in waiting areas
· Support staff by promoting alternate banking channels
Qualification & Skills
· Graduate with good English communication
· Basic operational knowledge of digital banking tools (ATM, INB, UPI)
Experience: Minimum 1 year (preferably in BFSI or Service Industry)
Age Limit: 21–30 years
Salary: ₹24,000 CTC
