Key Responsibilities:
Customer Care:
Handle inbound and outbound customer communication via phone, email, or chat
Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently
Maintain customer satisfaction and retention
Vendor Management:
Coordinate with vendors for profile update, order fulfillment, updates, and support
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
Track and follow up on pending issues
Data Entry & Maintenance:
Accurately input and update customer and vendor information in internal systems
Ensure data integrity and timely reporting
Web Research:
Gather relevant data and contact information from online sources
Assist in market and competitor research when needed
