We at Eon Infotech Ltd. are looking for Operations Executive. To succeed in this role, you must have exceptional operational competency and managerial skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Customer Service Field Team and Support Technicians
Professionally handle customer calls and resolve complaints
Coordinate with clients, the production team, and management
Monitor Vehicle Tracking System (VTS) devices through dashboards, MIS, and web apps
Plan replacements and maintenance for faulty devices
Conduct customer training sessions on VTS operations and report generation
Perform GPS data analysis
Update information systems and maintain accurate records
Report progress and status updates to both customers and internal teams
Assist with other VTS-related activities as required by the client
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline with a one-year computer diploma,
Strong written communication
Proficiency in MS-Office/Open Office and Google Maps
Additional Requirements:
Must have personal conveyance for commuting
