Operation Executive

We are looking for a Process Associates to join our team Bigfix Gadget Care LLP to handle client calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve quiries. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of In Hand Salary and opportunities for growth.

• Handle client calls professionally and efficiently.

• Address queries, resolve concerns and manage complaints.

• Keep records of client interactions and follow up when required.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role should be a Graduate. You will be responsible for addressing client queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary. The candidate should be comfortable with 6 Working Days during the day shift.
