Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, website, social media and online platforms.

  • Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales.

  • Explain products, pricing, offers and features to customers.

  • Share product catalogues, quotations and payment details.

  • Maintain regular follow-up with potential and existing customers.

  • Process online orders and coordinate with the dispatch/delivery team.

  • Update customer details, leads and sales status in CRM/Excel.

  • Handle customer queries, complaints and after-sales coordination.

  • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

  • Maintain daily sales and follow-up reports.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
