Manage non-delivery reports and calling (NDRs) generated from various sources, such as customers, and internal systems. Investigate the root causes of non-delivery issues, such as incorrect addresses, damaged shipments, and inventory discrepancies Dispatchment have good knowledge about Google sheets Update shipment status Panel escalation and revert Make order details cancellation and confirmation Requirements Candidate should be flexible in calling and timings Candidate should be energetic enthusiastic Candidate who can play multiple roles in organisation will be more preferable.
Handling outbound and inbound calls
Excellent communication (Calls/mails) and problem-solving skill
Tracking daily dispatched shipment to ensure all shipments are getting delivered on given TAT
Tracking and reporting delayed shipment with reasons
Helping customers/callers with our product related queries
Communicating with logistic vendors to close maximum waybill numbers
