NDR Executive / Coordinator :

Handle NDR cases, coordinate with delivery teams and customers to resolve issues, and ensure successful order completion. Maintain records and follow up for timely resolution.
Update shipment status in system and ensure re-attempts are completed on time. Escalate unresolved cases and work to minimize RTO.
