Job Summary:
The Logistics MIS Executive is responsible for preparing, maintaining, and analyzing logistics-related data and reports. The role involves monitoring vehicle movements, tracking shipments, maintaining operational records, and providing accurate MIS reports to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Maintain records of vehicle dispatches, trips, and deliveries.
Track shipment status and update management regularly.
Monitor vehicle utilization and trip performance.
Coordinate with transporters, drivers, warehouses, and clients for operational updates.
Prepare freight, billing, and expense reports.
Verify LR, POD, invoices, e-way bills, and other logistics documents.
Ensure timely submission of Proof of Delivery (POD).
Maintain vehicle-wise and customer-wise performance reports.
Update data in Excel, ERP, or logistics management software.
Analyze operational data and identify delays or discrepancies.
Coordinate with Accounts for billing and payment reconciliation.
Maintain accurate records and ensure data confidentiality.
Support management with ad hoc reports and data analysis.
