Medical Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the medical sales team with day-to-day activities and customer follow-ups.

• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.

• Handle inquiries from doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and clinics.

• Coordinate order processing, dispatch, and after-sales support.

• Prepare quotations, invoices, and other sales-related documents.

• Support in organizing product demos, CMEs, and marketing events.

• Track stock levels and coordinate with inventory/logistics team.

• Generate sales reports and performance data for management.

• Maintain knowledge of the company’s products and services.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with hospital or clinic interactions.

• Knowledge of medical or pharmaceutical products.
