We are looking for a "Credit Under Writing - Executive" to join our team at IDS Financial Services Private Limited to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries related to Banking. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹11,000 - ₹12,000 and opportunities for growth. After confirmation the CTC may change Rs.1,80,000/- to Rs.2,40,000
Key Responsibilities:
Handle the customer files for Loan Processing.
Address customer queries, resolve concerns and manage loan profile.
Keep records of customer interactions and follow up when required.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and only Female Candidates can apply and they must be a Fresher. You will be responsible for addressing for customer loan queries and solving with solution. The candidate should be comfortable with 6 days working during the Day shift (10.00 AM to 06.30 PM).
