Job Description: Loan Processing Executive
Job Responsibilities:
Process secured and unsecured loan files from login to disbursement.
Handle and resolve queries related to loan applications.
Communicate with channel partners to ensure smooth loan processing.
Coordinate with Sales Managers (SMs) for policy updates and implementation.
Basic Skills Required:
Loan Processing Knowledge: Understanding of secured and unsecured loans, documentation, and eligibility criteria.
Communication Skills: Ability to interact effectively with customers, channel partners, and internal teams.
Query Handling & Problem-Solving: Quick response and resolution of loan-related queries.
Coordination & Teamwork: Working closely with different departments for smooth loan operations.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring accurate documentation and error-free processing.
Basic Computer Knowledge: Familiarity with loan software, MS Office (Excel, Word), and email communication.
