• Real-time Vehicle Tracking: Keep a close eye on our fleet across India.

• Customer Communication: Provide proactive updates and resolve tracking inquiries.

• Driver Support: Assist drivers with route guidance and emergency coordination.

• Vendor Development: Help with telecalling to find and onboard new transport partners.

What We're Looking For:

• 1-3 years of experience in logistics, customer service, or a related field.

• Proficiency in English and Hindi.

• Strong communication and multitasking skills.

• Familiarity with tracking software and Microsoft Office.
