Job Opportunity: Customer Support Executive – Freecia Professional

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team at Freecia Professional India Pvt. Ltd., based in Sector 74, Gurugram. The selected candidate will handle customer and salon calls, provide exceptional support, and resolve queries related to the beauty and salon care industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle calls from distributors, salons, and end customers professionally and efficiently. 
• Address customer queries, resolve concerns, and manage complaints courteously. 
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up when required. 
• Provide accurate product and service information to customers. 
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex or escalated issues. 
• Meet daily and weekly performance targets.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream) 
• Experience: 0–2 years in customer service, telecalling, or salon industry preferred 
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English 
• Should be comfortable working Monday to Saturday (Day Shift) 
• Must be confident and polite over phone calls 
• Immediate joining preferred
