Job Summary
Shiz Technologies LLC is looking for a motivated Lead Generation Executive to join our Staffing & Recruiting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and connecting with job seekers through LinkedIn, building relationships, and guiding qualified candidates through our enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities
Source potential candidates using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other professional platforms.
Search for candidates based on job titles, skills, location, education, and experience.
Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages.
Engage with candidates to understand their career goals.
Explain Shiz Technologies' career support services and enrollment process.
Schedule calls between interested candidates and the sales/counseling team.
Maintain accurate candidate records in Excel or CRM.
Achieve daily and weekly sourcing and outreach targets.
Work closely with recruiters and the sales team to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Required Skills
Experience using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred).
Good written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong internet research and candidate sourcing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Ability to build rapport with candidates.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
0–2 years of experience in Lead Generation, Talent Sourcing, Recruitment, or Staffing.
Experience in the US Staffing or Recruiting industry is an added advantage.
