Job Summary:

We are hiring Lead Generation Executives to join our growing team in Delhi. This role involves working on an international process, identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team in business growth. Both freshers and experienced candidates from domestic or international lead generation/calling backgrounds are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and interact with potential customers to generate leads.

• Qualify prospects based on set criteria and pass on to the sales team.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups.

• Research and identify potential business opportunities in assigned regions.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.

• Build and maintain a strong professional rapport with prospects.

Requirements:

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Good communication skills in English (mandatory for international process).

• Prior experience in BPO/lead generation/telecalling will be an advantage.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
